Life is movement and change
Life is a dynamic process, constant adjustment and change. Life is the constantly finding of a new balance between changing states of mind, body and soul. Life is the search for harmony between heart and mind, between thinking and feeling.
In some areas, we are consciously doing this search, in other areas there are diseases and crisis that show us that there is a need for change. In both cases, it is sometimes good to get an impulse or support from the outside in order to reach your own momentary center, to build a balance that is closer to your own core, to your own essence.
